SHOPHADIA STRIVES TO PROVIDE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS. THEREFORE WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT YOUR PRODUCT BACK IN CASE IT IS WRONG AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A GOOD PRODUCT. HOWEVER, THIS MEANS THAT WE DO NOT REFUND.
Moreover, after receiving the product you will have 7 days in order for it to be eligible for return. After the 7 days, we won’t take back any products.
Several of our items are exempt from being exchanged:
- All discounted items are Final Sale
- Due to sanitary reason, we do not exchange headwraps once they have been taken out of the original package. If you have any concerns please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
to complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important is that you are responsible for paying for your shipping cost for returning your item(s). An exception is when the received product (s) is damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ShopHadia DOES NOT guarantee that IT will receive your returned product.
With regards to the package, you must include a note with your order number and size needed. This is important to prevent delay during the exchange process. Also, customers are responsible for all shipping fees and will be emailed an invoice for the new shipping cost for the replacement product.
